Use this digital product if you want to receive a digital preview of your wholesale journal before purchasing. There is no cost and we will send you the cover and journal proof by email in order to make revisions if necessary. Once the journal is finalized we will invoice you for the amount you want.

What you need to do:
- Design your cover – if you have trouble, ask for help in the order notes and we will take what you have and make it look nice
- Pick Your Pages – We will send you a pdf of your journal and you can remove/edit pages as desired
- Special Requests – If you need a page, or want to modify one of our pages, let us know here
- Quantity – Let us know how many you are thinking so we can give you an estimate for ship date
What we do when we receive your order:
- Tweak Your Cover – We know the online cover designer is limited so we bring your design into our software and tweak it as necessary to make it look great, don’t worry, we’ll send you a proof for approval.
- Compile your pages – We lay out your pages logically, info in the front, workouts in the middle, PR tables and benchmarks in the back. Then we send a pdf for you to review
- Build Your Page – If you have a special request we’ll try and build it out for you.
- Email you – We will email you the digital proofs and your estimated cost.

How Do I Order?

2.) Press the Choose Your Content button above & choose your page and content options.
3.) Once you're happy with how everything looks, press Add to Cart and then proceed to checkout to order!
When Will My Order Arrive?
Please allow us 3-5 business days to create your order & ensure everything is perfect before we ship it out (we call this "Production"). If you requested a digital proof, please check your email for that, we will not print or ship until it is approved. Once shipped, your journal will arrive in 3-10 business days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
Do You Donate to Charities?
Yes! We love giving back & supporting our local fitness gyms. A portion of your order will be donated to a local youth fitness organization. You can also apply for a prize package if you are hosting a fitness competition.

Can I Return My Order?
Since each item is custom made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, rest assured if you are not satisfied with your order, our support team will go above & beyond help you resolve any order errors or issues. Please note if you want to make a change on an order after it's placed, it will take extra time to process and approve the changes So please double check all of your personalization options & shipping info before placing your order.
