When Will My Order Arrive?
Please allow us 3-5 business days to create your order & ensure everything is perfect before we ship it out (we call this "Production"). If you requested a digital proof, please check your email for that, we will not print or ship until it is approved. Once shipped, your journal will arrive in 3-10 business days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

Since each item is custom made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, rest assured if you are not satisfied with your order, our support team will go above & beyond help you resolve any order errors or issues. Fantastic journal for recording workouts, food log, and room for notes. Thick paper to accommodate my pens, easy-to-turn coil so the pages don’t tear. I throw this thing in my bag after every workout and it has taken some rough handling but the cover is still pristine. I have worked my way through 4 of these and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Better than expected, I was so sure about my cover choice (I normally like a minimalist look) but it looks so much better in real life. I love that I was able to customize this journal to fit my exact needs. It helps keep me accountable, and is a fun way to track progress.
