Lift Someone Up

We focus so much on our strength, our progress, our numbers, our goals, our accomplishments that we can easily miss our friend struggling next to us.

This is just a little reminder. Take a look around.

Give a pat on the back. Cheer for someone still working hard.

Give a few words of encouragement as they approach a barbell loaded with a new PR.

Help them get better. Lift them up when they are beating themselves up.

This journey isn’t a solo adventure, or at least, it doesn’t need to be.

Create your own community, help each other out.
