Fitness Priorities

This isn’t going to be one of those posts where I judge your life, or your choices, or how you could spend your time better, or how if you just had the right priorities you would be super fit and super healthy.

I’m not going to stand on a soap box and tell you that it’s easy. Because it isn’t.

I know that first hand. I’ve got two kids, two businesses and the desire to be fit and healthy. Trust me, I get it.

So no, this isn’t a post trying to shame you for whatever order your fitness priorities or life priorities might be in.

This is just a reminder that no matter how hard we all work, or how many things we try to do, there is always only 24 hours in a day.

24 hours that you get to spend towards your goals.

24 hours to split between family, sleep, fitness, work, fun, and anything else you might want to do.

24 hours.

I know that you work hard. I know that you are trying your best.

This is just a reminder to look at your goals – your true, real, at the heart of it goals – not the goals you want as just badges of honor, and prioritize your life accordingly.

Make the necessary changes to get where you want to be.

Make them today and have a happier tomorrow.
