Be Prepared

Showing up isn’t enough. you have to be prepared to work.

Going through the motions isn’t enough, you have to be prepared to sweat.

Loading up the bar randomly isn’t enough, you have to be prepared with your numbers.

It all has a part. It is all important.

The successes you see around you are no accidents. They didn’t just happen to lose the weight, or get the new PRs.

They showed up every day prepared to work. They put in the time to write things down, to read the labels, to really crush themselves in the WOD.

If you aren’t prepared, then you aren’t serious about your goals.

So figure it out. Stop making excuses, stop moaning and groaning about what hasn’t come your way, stop wishing.

Just get yourself prepared each and everyday and see where that takes you.
