The big question of the day.
In every WOD there will be a time when you are so far into the dark tunnel that you aren’t quite sure there is a way out. A time when you realize you are only half way finished, that you have to continue this for 5 or 10 or 15 more minutes.
And at that moment, you will decide, do you give in or do you keep on trudging through?
In every lift there will be a moment when the bar feels just a bit too heavy, like it might not move from the floor or the rack, like it might beat you.
And at that moment you have to decide, will you let it just lay there on the ground? Will you at least attempt the weight, approach it with determination and strength? Or will you just let the barbell win?
Every day there will be a time when you are too tired, or too hungry or too busy to show up. But will you ignore all of the outside hub bub and just do it? Or will you sulk away laden down with excuses?
There will always come a time when you want to just give up or give in. A time when it seems so much easier to just let it go, to attempt it later, to stop working so hard.
The big question of the day is this: Will you?
Or will just go for it anyhow?
